Candidates send us CVs and certificates. That is personal data, and it is handled under the GDPR. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What this website collects
This site has no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party trackers. The only personal data it handles is what you type into it or send us.
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, the services you tick, and your message.
- Applications: whatever you choose to include when you email jobs@7oceanscrew.com — typically a CV, certificates of competency, and contact details.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and availability, including IP address and request time.
What we use it for
Enquiries are used to answer the enquiry. Applications are used to assess you against current and future vacancies and, where you are a fit, to put you forward to a ship-owner or operator.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for it in a portable format. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Write to info@7oceanscrew.com and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch supervisory authority.
